while we were out for our morning walk, we ran into woody and his mom cathy. they invited us into their backyard for a wrestling sesh. what a party!

woody is the cutest yellow lab rescue and his mom was so nice!

they had this gorgeous lemon tree.

cathy generously gave us 6 lemons. the first one was used in my diet coke today! yum!

the weather finally decided to cooperate and it was gorgeous!

i took the kids to a dog park. they are the welcoming committee. they are having a blast!

we made it! we got to our new home in sac town! we are so happy to be here.

it has basically rained since we arrived! thanks el nino. i love the rain. plus everyone has these amazing lemon trees. how cool

the drive from elko to sacramento was perfect. we stopped in truckee for the dogs and i to take a hike. it was gorgeous. there was a ton of fresh powder.

after being in the car for a while, the dogs ran like crazy

absolutely gorgeous snow covered trees and roads.
