omg. so many photos. i can't make a short blog post about anything in cuba because i want to remember absolutely everything about it. it was a sensational adventure and i can't wait to go back!

travel fun: cienfuegos, cuba day 1

these are the views as we were flying into cienfuegos, cuba. i was so stinkin excited to touch down and begin my cuban adventure. the coolest thing happened in the airplane when we touched down in cuba. the entire plane erupted in cheers, clapping, and whooping. it brought tears to my eyes and chills down my spine. it was so touching. i imagine some of these people are coming back to visit for the first time ever. some of them will be meeting grandchildren for the first time. the excitement was palpable and i couldn't help but feel pride for these sweet people.
