we decided to take a trip to san francisco for the day. this is us just getting into the city

we went to crissy field in the san francisco bay to play at the beach!

the dogs had a blast! they met tons of friends and played fetch

 it was howie's first beach adventure and he loved every minute

i was able to get them both to sit down long enough for this fantastic pic. they are just the best looking dogs on earth. i absolutely adore them

while we were out for our morning walk, we ran into woody and his mom cathy. they invited us into their backyard for a wrestling sesh. what a party!

woody is the cutest yellow lab rescue and his mom was so nice!

they had this gorgeous lemon tree.

cathy generously gave us 6 lemons. the first one was used in my diet coke today! yum!

the weather finally decided to cooperate and it was gorgeous!

i took the kids to a dog park. they are the welcoming committee. they are having a blast!

we made it! we got to our new home in sac town! we are so happy to be here.

it has basically rained since we arrived! thanks el nino. i love the rain. plus everyone has these amazing lemon trees. how cool

jack and i were playing hide and seek in our new home. i found you!

the drive from elko to sacramento was perfect. we stopped in truckee for the dogs and i to take a hike. it was gorgeous. there was a ton of fresh powder.

ski resort in the distance. as well as my howie

after being in the car for a while, the dogs ran like crazy

absolutely gorgeous snow covered trees and roads.
